Please remember that we do not size like other manufactures.  Please view our Sizing Chart tab when determining the size of collar you need.  After you have determined the size you need, please be sure to select it from the drop down choices and then let us know the snug actual neck size in the required spot.  Both must be entered correctly in order for us to process your order. (For example:  Please do not purchase a size XS which fits snug neck sizes 5-1/2" to 7" and then enter your pet's snug neck size as 17" - if your purchase a size XS then the number you enter into snug actual neck size must be between 5-1/2 and 7).
