DISCOUNTED PRICING

As a retailer, you will use a wholesale code at checkout to receive your retailer’s discount.  You will receive your code once you have contacted us and we have further discussed our polices and we have received the basic information for your company.  We offer our retailers a wholesale discount of 40% off of our retail prices.

DROP SHIP

We offer drop ship services with no minimum purchase and no extra charge for those owning a website.   We ship directly to your customer using your company name as the sender.

SIZING 

We do not size like other manufacturers.  Do not use the size off of any other collar to choose your sizes for our collars.   Our measurements are based off of actual snug neck sizes in inches.  Please be sure to view our Sizing Chart tab at the top of our website page for instructions on measuring and use our Sizing Chart to choose the correct sizes of collars you wish to sell.

NOTE: When placing an item in your cart, we require an Actual Snug Neck Size be entered; for wholesale orders where you do not know actual snug neck size you should write “Various” or “N/A”.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns for refunds are allowed for defects in workmanship only.  We must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt of collar if there is a defect.  Returns for defects in workmanship can be refunded or exchanged.   An exchange will be for the original collar ordered, no substitutions are accepted. 

We only exchange for sizing errors.  Exchanges must be in new condition and all claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.  Returned merchandise will be accepted only with a prior authorization and will be accessed a 20% restocking fee.  Buyer is responsible for additional shipping.    We do not do substitutions on collars sent for exchange.  You are exchanging for the same design of collar you originally ordered.    Exchanges are mailed after we receive the return collar and additional fees are paid.

If you are exchanging due to sizing error and are getting a larger size than originally ordered, you are responsible for the difference in cost between the sizes. This must also be paid before we ship out your exchange. If you are going to a smaller size, the price difference will be adjusted out of the restocking and additional shipping before you are charged for them.

Exception:  If we custom make a collar for you or your customer that is not on our website, we do not exchange or refund.

CANCELLATIONS

Any amendments or cancellations to an order must be submitted via email before your order has been processed. We will do our best to assist you with any amendments.

PROCESSING TIME

We do not stock items.  Our collars are made by hand after we receive your order.  Orders placed by 5 pm CST are processed the following day.  Orders placed after 5 pm CST roll over to the next processing day.  Allow 3-5 business days for us to hand make your order.  For larger orders, please allow 2 weeks to make them.  

Remember to allow another 3 to 5 business days shipping time for your order to arrive at your location in the USA with longer shipping time for international orders (7-21 business days) when using standard shipping.

If you need to rush your production time you have the option to rush your order.  The Rush Order option expedites the production process, reducing the number days we take to print and get your order ready for shipment.  Rush orders are ready for shipment in 2, and sometimes 1, business days!  We wish we could do it even faster, but remember they are custom, hand crafted collars so they take time to make!  Rush Order does not apply to large wholesale orders. 

SHIPPING

We ship via USPS with tracking confirmation.  

When you order large quantity orders, you still only pay the flat rate at checkout.  There will be an additional shipping charge after weight is determined at time of shipping.  This will be actual shipping charges, no handling fee!

PHOTOGRAPHY

We do our best to ensure we accurately portray the product to you.  Every reasonable effort has been made to accurately reflect actual colors however due to variances between monitors, colors cannot be guaranteed. On occasions, there may be minor differences between the product's appearance in the photograph and the item delivered.

Other variations may occur between the photograph and the product due to changes in collar design or style of charm.  We do our best to update our photographs but as our collars are made custom to order, we sometimes do not have pictures of a collar in the immediate time period following changes.  Please be sure to read product descriptions and contact us if you have any questions.

DISCONTINUED COLLARS

From time to time we may discontinue a collar.  When this happens we will do our best to keep you updated.  Please be familiar with our products that you have listed on your site to ensure they are products we still carry or are able to make for you.  if you have any questions regarding a collar you have listed please contact us.
